		<description>This is one of the biggest mistake people make and it has been going on for years.  Even now with people watching these so called reality shows and hearing them tell these largely overweight people that they are not eating enough to lose bodyfat, people still do not take heed.  Starving your body wreaks havoc on your metabolism.

One analog that I will share is this:  If you had a plate of filet mignon and a plate of pure fat and your were starving which one would you choose?  Hopefully they know to say the steak which is filled with nutrients instead of the lard.   Then I say if you starve yourself what do you think your body is going to eat if you don&#039;t feed it?

The answer is the muscle which is the filet and it will hold on to the fat.  So when you undereat you lose muscle and hold onto fat which in turn slows your metabolism down which in turn makes your fatter.

Please start eating more and eat more of the healthy foods from the earth people.
