Training Program Design
Much like the having your nutrition program designed, having your training program specifically designed for you will ensure that you’re not wasting a minute in the gym with ineffective training practices. Juliet will design your program to help you achieve your specific goals and based upon the equipment that you have available to you. Every aspect of your routine will be laid out for you including: exercises, sets, reps, and rest intervals.
Having a training routine made precisely for you will ensure that you are working toward your goals as safely and effectively as possible. When used in conjunction with the Nutrition Program Design service, the Training Program Design service is only $100 per month.

At only $100 per month, this comprehensive service is quite affordable. Not only does this program include unlimited contact and updates to your specific plan, it also includes a customized cardiovascular training program (if needed) to enhance and ensure your fat-loss efforts.
Training Program plus Nutrition Program – $150 per month
Due to today’s technology, these services can successfully be done from a distance. In fact, many clients who utilize these services do so without ever meeting in person—with all the same success and fantastic results of those clients who are in town and do meet in person. Phone Consultation
Your results and the results of your clients rely on the effectiveness of your training and nutrition program. Doing a phone consult with Juliet is an effective way to learn a lot of information in a short period of time. Discuss goal setting, motivation, program design for all ages and ability levels, cardiovascular recommendations for different goals, injury prevention and mobility drills for all levels.
Cost is $100 per hour or two hours for $150. You can use the time all at once or divide it into increments as small as 15 minutes. Additionally, Juliet will call you (at a predetermined time) so you pay no long distance charges. Email for more information @ to schedule your own phone consultation.
Personal Training
If you reside in or around Morganville, NJ or are willing to travel for high quality training, you should seriously consider training with Juliet Deane. You may choose to have your training supervised on a regular basis, or you may do so for a limited number of sessions in order to learn how to train with proper form and technique so you get the best results while training on your own. You may even choose to train with a friend of similar fitness level or not, which will lower costs per person.
